Ameet joins us from one of the most established local law firms in Malaysia, bringing with her 20 years of experience in practice. The culmination of Ameet’s robust experience in handling clients’ IP portfolios and personal data protection matters on an international scale undoubtedly raises LAW Partnership’s IP Practice & Technology Practice Group to greater heights.

Ameet’s alignment with the firm also enhances the firm’s IP capability given her far-reaching work and global presence within the international IP landscape. These include domestic and cross-border disputes and transactions encompassing varied IP trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and regulatory advice, and global IP portfolio management in the life sciences and oil and gas industry. Ameet has also actively provided regulatory advice to stakeholders in the life sciences industry. She is also well-versed in data protection laws and manages IP due diligence for leading international companies with worldwide presence.

Ameet is also the Immediate Past President of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Malaysian Chapter and has authored various publications on IP.
