LAW Partnership Advises Lion X in RM100m Setlary Deal

LAW Partnership is pleased to have advised Lion X on its investment in Setlary’s latest strategic funding round, which values the company at RM100 million.

This transaction supports Setlary’s expansion across Asia and enhances its mission to strengthen financial wellness for employees. Together with Holborn Capital Partners and CapBay, the investor group is providing up to US$25 million in funding capacity to scale Setlary’s platform.

The LAW Partnership team was led by Dato’ Brian Law, Managing Partner, together with Senior Associate Malvin Dhillon from the Corporate Commercial & M&A Practice Group.
